Born from over 12 years of salon experience in Europe, O&A Hair Salon is the realization of a lifelong dream fueled by beauty, dedication, and creativity. After moving to the U.S. and gaining valuable experience in Manhattan’s fast-paced beauty scene, we brought our knowledge, skill, and love for the craft to a new state—creating a salon that blends modern style with warm, personalized service.

Olena Lemishka is the owner and creative heart behind O&A Hair Salon. A graduate of the prestigious Brown Aveda Institute and licensed in both Ohio and New York, she brings a blend of advanced education and passion for modern hair artistry.
With a focus on hair coloring and cutting, Olena specializes in bold transformations, vibrant blondes, fashion colors, and flawless cuts—all while keeping hair healthy and radiant. Known for her precision, creativity, and warm personality, Olena ensures every client feels confident, cared for, and completely transformed.

Andriy Lemishka
Barber
Andriy Lemishka is the co-owner of O&A Hair Salon and a master barber with over decades of international and U.S. experience. After 12 years of salon ownership in Europe, he continued his journey in New York City, spending four years mastering modern men’s styles in the heart of Manhattan, followed by four more years serving clients in Cleveland, Ohio.
Specializing in all modern men’s haircuts—from sharp fades to textured styles—Andriy combines precision, professionalism, and a personalized approach. At O&A Hair Salon, he brings his passion, skill, and dedication to every client, delivering confident, clean, and stylish results and personalized experience designed to celebrate your natural beauty.
Rules /Policy
Cancelation policy
At O&A Hair Salon, we strive to provide the highest level of service and care to each of our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness to both our guests and stylists, we kindly ask that you review and respect our cancellation Policy.
Late Arrival Policy
To ensure you receive the best possible service, we recommend arriving a few minutes early or on time of your appointment. If you are 10 minutes or more late to the appointment, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to another day, and a late fee may apply.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds for successfully completed services. However, if you’re not fully satisfied, please contact us within 4days, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Your satisfaction is important to us!
Return & Exchange Policy
Unopened hair care products may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of in-store purchase for a full refund. Opened but not used products may be returned within 10days. Used products and items purchased after 10 days are non-refundable. Brushes are non-refundable unless defective. Styling tools may be returned within 10 days if unopened.
Pet Policy
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, pets are not allowed in the salon. Pets in the salon may lead to allergic reactions, cause distractions, or disrupt the overall services. The only exception is for service animals as defined by the ADA. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Children’s Policy
At O&A Hair Salon, we aim to provide a calm, safe, and professional environment for all our guests. For the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that children under 12 do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Our salon is not child-proof—hot tools, sharp instruments, and chemicals are in use—so children must always remain seated and supervised. If your child is receiving a service, a parent or guardian must be present. We understand that unexpected childcare issues can arise, and we’re happy to reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful and secure space for all.
